Four-day registration - $40
Allows you to attend Thursday, Friday and Saturday social receptions, receive an official Monterey Bay Birding Festival gift, lapel pin, Santa Cruz County Birding and Wildlife Guide, a name badge.

One-day registration (Thurs., Fri., Sat., Sun.) - $25
Allows you to attend social reception, receive an official Monterey Bay Birding Festival gift, lapel pin, Santa Cruz County Birding and Wildlife Guide and a name badge.

Evening-only (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) - $10
Allows you to attend social reception and evening featured speaker.

You MUST purchase a registration ticket in order to access individual activities.

Field trips, workshops, evening speaker fees are separate. If the activity you want is filled, we will have wait list available. First come, first served on all waiting lists.

Click on "Purchase" All participants must select one of four categories:Early-bird registration (Good only through July 31), Four-day Registration, One-day Registration or Evening Registration.

You MUST purchase a registration ticket before purchasing individual activities.

For additional ticket selections, click on "Select More Tickets" and follow the same process.

Once you have made your ticket selections, click on "Check Out To Purchase." After you purchase your tickets, you'll be able to print out the registration confirmation on your home or office printer. You will need to bring your ClicknPrint registration confirmations to the Festival.

Registering online requires the use of a credit card. No checks will be accepted. Once you register online, you are guaranteed a spot in a specific field trip, workshop or speaker session.

REGISTER BY MAIL:
To register by mail, complete the registration form located HERE. Print out one form for each person. It is in Adobe Acrobat format and designed to print on letter-size paper. (If you have trouble opening the form, you may need to reset your pop-up blocker to allow it to appear. Or contact us at the address below.)

Mail-in reservations will be processed in the order that we receive them, as long as they are postmarked by September 10, 2010. After that date, you may register at the festival, if there are activities still open. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your choices early in order to avoid missing out on a favorite field trip.

On your mail-in form, please list a second choice for both morning and afternoon events, since field trips have limited space available, and this will expedite your registration. Confirmation will be e-mailed to you.

Whether you register online or by mail, please purchase individual reservations or submit an individual registration form for each participant. No multiple reservations will be accepted.

WALK-IN REGISTRATION:

You may register at the Festival, if activities are not sold out. Registration headquarters is located at the City of Watsonville Civic Plaza, 275 Main Street, Fourth Floor during these hours:

Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Sept. 23-25, 6am - 6pm
Sunday, Sept. 26, 6am - 10:30pm

The Festival will maintain a WAITING LIST of events after they are sold out.

PARKING:
The City of Watsonville's Civic Plaza Parking Garage, conveniently located at 260 Rodriguez Street, Watsonville, is a free 2-hour limit parking garage. All day Saturday and Sunday are FREE. For day users on Thursday and Friday who plan to park longer than the time limits, a daily permit can be purchased for $5 from the parking permit machines located on Level 2 of the garage near the elevators.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

If you cancel your paid event registration for any reason, the following refund policy will apply:

Cancellations made prior to September. 10, 2010 will result in a refund of fees paid, less $20 administrative fees for each registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations after September. 11, 2010, or for no-shows.

The Monterey Bay Birding Festival reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason, and you will receive a full refund for any paid event we cancel.
